How to Draw a Bug
How to Draw a Bug Age: Kindergarten and up
Duration: 2 hours Cost: $15 Max Capacity: 20 students
Choose from the following sessions: Wednesday, June 8th 10-noon Friday, July 8th 10-noon Friday, August 12th 10-noon
Learn to love bugs! Students will learn and practice how to draw 2 different types of bugs, then choose their favorite bug of the two to draw for their final art piece. The final art piece will measure 12x18”. Students can decide if they want their piece to be in black Sharpie, or if they would like to add color to their work. There will also be an opportunity to add some real touches of nature like small pebbles, sand, or twigs to their piece.
- Arrive about 15 minutes prior to the actual class time to sign waivers and learn names, safety instructions, and more.
- Wear short sleeve cotton shirts: it isn't called the "hot shop" for nothing! Long sleeves and anything fuzzy are not allowed while working.

Students will choose their desired colors, style, and shape of the glass blown pieces with Tammi. Decisions will be discussed the day of the class and any sudden issues or changes involving the creation of the pieces will be decided by Tammi.
