My brother who lives near Monello, WI gifted me a very large old apple tree My studio always smells like fresh made apple sauce when I turn it. This bark edge crotch bowl has beautiful rich color and dynamic grain. Fruit woods have a lot of internal stress ( fruit/no fruit) that make it very prone to cracking. The secret ( and a lot of luck) is turning it thin and fast!

Students will choose their desired colors, style, and shape of the glass blown pieces with Tammi. Decisions will be discussed the day of the class and any sudden issues or changes involving the creation of the pieces will be decided by Tammi.
